Adrenaline and endorphins are amazing.

Caffeine and sugar are substitutes but with possibly disastrous effects if not used properly.

We need most of all
1. Air
2. Water

In this day and age, most people eat too much.

To reduce excessive eating, practice mindfulness and meditation.

Fasting is the best cure to most ailments. Practice proper breathing, and drink water.

Inhale deeply, retain, and exhale a slow and measured breath.

Inversions help. (Headstand, shoulderstand, handstand)
