Fictitious Children's Story

Today, I went to 75 Ah Balling Peanut Soup (near Lavender MRT Station) to buy a bowl of 4 汤圆s. 2 black sesame, 1 peanut and 1 taro. In almond milk. It was fantastic. The mochi is good and soft and thick (but actually I prefer thinner so less mochi.) I like the black sesame paste. Did not like the taro mochi (just wanted to try and see what it is like). The peanut mochi is spectacular, but peanut paste is very, very heaty. (So is black sesame actually, but it is less affecting me than peanut. I do not eat peanut butter and Nutella too much for this reason (that it is heaty)). Consuming "heaty" food items make you have sore throat/cough/dry eyes.

I walked through some cool streets and passed by some nice shops to Bugis+, where I bought black sesame gelato and yoghurt gelato (in a to-go tub to bring home). The shop is Paulinni's.

Then, I went from Bugis to Somerset Station via MRT, to buy a pint of Lavender gelato. I stopped at Håakon to get a small Cacao bliss (cacao blended with açaí berry, with banana, strawberry, kiwi, dragonfruit, granola and chia seeds) before heading home.

Favorite ice cream shops in Singapore:
Venchi (gelato)
Paulinni (gelato)
Andiamo (gelato)
Azabo Sabo (Japanese)
Yolé (frozen yoghurt)

Actively straighten your back leg, and move your center (from abdomen and up) backwards.

If someone is available, doing tense and release exercises on back leg help.

Use two chairs and straighten your back leg.

Stretch your thigh/quads.

Use your weight to push downwards through the middle of your two legs (instead of just hanging out bending forward over your front leg).

Relax your back leg butt crease (where butt meets leg), and use "inside muscles" of legs to keep hips square. "Inside muscles" == muscles in your upper legs that keep your legs together (in turned in position, not turned out position).

Some notes on middle splits

Should actively try to go downwards instead of just hanging out in the middle splits.

When leaning forward with feet parallel to the ground, if abdomen is supported, buttocks might find it easier to relax, and let fold in.

Even if abdomen is not supported, that area is where to relax to get middle oversplits.

Fluids and weight loss

Chocolates are dehydrating and make you pee. Weight loss from losing water.
Drinking or eating fluids containing salts cause water retention.
This can cause +/- weight large. (Just from water loss or water retention.)

Milk is a good thing to eat with chocolates if you are too dehydrated from chocolates/overly sweet food products (eg. dried fruits like figs, dates; very sweet cakes/muffins/etc.) These latter food items make me feel like dancing ballet (not sure this applies to other people).

Sports drinks help rehydrate after an intense sweating workout, but usually its concentration/balance of salts and sugars don't quite fit me properly and makes me feel weird.

Good for potassium: bananas, avocados, milk (prevent muscle cramps).
